Middle School Program

6th, 7th, and 8th Graders

  • 30 Minute Sessions

  • Small Groups (5 athletes max a session)

  • Emphasis on Iron Hills Fundamentals: Bodyweight Training, Kettlebell Basics, Sprint Mechanics, Agility, Novice Plyometrics, Intro to Resistance Training etc.

  • Success Mindset Guidance: Consistency, Developing Routines, Delayed Gratification, Resilience, Self Responsibility, Work Ethic etc.

*Sometimes younger athletes are invited to the Standard Program or Middle School Program early depending on progress and maturity.
